Chief Commercial Officer

Crunchr is accelerating quickly into a next phase, expanding internationally and is searching for a sales and marketing leader to help us grow.

Are you the one?
As Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) you will define our sales & marketing strategy, optimize our sales processes and tactics and build a solid team that is committed to growing our brand. You will drive sales growth and the development of new markets and opportunities, and take persona ownership for our largest sales targets.

Your focus on strategy needs to be balanced with hands-on leadership and coaching of the team. You are an excellent communicator and stakeholder manager, building strong relationships at all levels and adding key value as a trusted partner to our founder and CEO. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong desire to be part of building something new. Your drive comes from scaling the SaaS sales process for our award-winning product. Although the role is based in Amsterdam, you do not need to speak Dutch. We work with an international team and with international clients.

Crunchr is a cloud solution for people analytics and workforce planning, designed to make companies better. Crunchr combines and connects workforce data from different HR systems to help organisations gain valuable insights into their workforce. We go above and beyond to make workforce analytics work. We believe that just technology is not enough. For workforce analytics to be embraced, technology needs to go hand-in-hand with a capability building program. Crunchr has won numerous awards, has global partnerships and was recently featured in The Economist.

What are we looking for?

  • You have at least 10 years of experience in leading and coaching sales & marketing teams in an international scale-up context;
  • You have proven success taking charge of all aspects of sales and marketing for a technology business selling to enterprise clients;
  • You enjoy developing people and setting the conditions to help them succeed;
  • You are academically schooled.
