As Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) you will define our sales & marketing strategy, optimize our sales processes and tactics and build a solid team that is committed to growing our brand. You will drive sales growth and the development of new markets and opportunities, and take persona ownership for our largest sales targets.
Your focus on strategy needs to be balanced with hands-on leadership and coaching of the team. You are an excellent communicator and stakeholder manager, building strong relationships at all levels and adding key value as a trusted partner to our founder and CEO. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong desire to be part of building something new. Your drive comes from scaling the SaaS sales process for our award-winning product. Although the role is based in Amsterdam, you do not need to speak Dutch. We work with an international team and with international clients.
