We are a small and eager team, which is very customer orientated. We support clients in their day-to-day journey in getting People Analytics adopted within their organization.
We strongly believe in proactive customer management and are always trying to surprise clients, for example by providing them with the latest usage insights or showing them the best ways to visualize their data in Crunchr.
Every day is different
Every day is different. You will typically start your day by going through the support questions clients sent overnight. Next, you take part in various customer meetings regarding what goals to reach, how data can flow into Crunchr and how this can be made possible in the shortest amount of time. After lunch, you might have a meeting with sales to discuss a new incoming customer. Afterwards, you might have a meeting with the product team to discuss customer feature requests and the current roadmap. In between all these meetings, you set up an automated dashboard for a customer to uniform their reporting structure within the organization. Before you know it, the day reaches its end and you’re enjoying some refreshing drinks with your colleagues before heading home.
