As Customer Success Lead it is your goal to help our clients realize the potential of what we offer. With the team, you will implement Crunchr and drive the adoption of workforce analytics in their organisation.
Our Customer Success team comes in when clients sign-up and are ready to be onboarded. The team oversees the project planning, technical implementation, training of users and helps the organisation to establish a data driven culture. We are looking for a curious, experienced and result-oriented Customer Succes Lead who would love to take on this challenge with us.
Even though the role is based in Amsterdam, you do not need to speak Dutch. We have an international team and international clients.
