Are you a passionate developer with experience in Python and/or Angular, and do you want to work for an ambitious, international and growing organization? Then Crunchr is looking for you!
Are you the one?
We are looking for a Full Stack developer to help us build both our front-end (Angular(JS), TypeScript, Sass, Plot.ly), backend (Django/Python, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL). We are a small company meaning that your contributions will have a high impact immediately, with opportunities to contribute and develop your own path in other areas, for example software architecture and operations (ci/cd). Experience with handling and visualising data is preferred. We are looking for the best developers out there, who are curious, take initiative and who are eager to share knowledge and learn from each other.
Are we the one?
Organisations have lots of information about the people working with them: what they do, what they’re good at, how much they get paid and quite often how they feel. Unfortunately, all this information is scattered across the organisation, and not directly available. Crunchr collects all this information, makes sure it is correct and then gives it back to the organisation in a very intuitive software application.
To keep up with our growth, we are offering a position in one of our three software development teams full of ambitious people with a variety of backgrounds. We provide a great working environment with an ambitious but laid-back atmosphere and are committed to excellence by continuously developing ourselves and our code.
We have a healthy codebase and we always make sure to allocate plenty of time to reducing technical debt. In the coming year we are going to be tackling some really cool but challenging problems, for example automated data integrations with HR systems, migrating to the newest cutting edge front-end technologies, designing a way to pro-actively bring relevant insights to users, and of course lot's of ping pong matches.
You could be the one, if you:
Are curious, creative and have great communication skills
Have an academic degree in computer science or related field
In return, we give you:
