Organisations have lots of information about the people working with them: what they do, what they’re good at, how much they get paid and quite often how they feel. Unfortunately, all this information is scattered across the organisation, and not directly available. Crunchr collects all this information, makes sure it is correct and then gives it back to the organisation in a very intuitive software application.

We are now expanding our sales and marketing team to keep up with the growth of our organisation. We have activities in the Netherlands, but also in other European countries and the United States. Our target customers reach us through our online channels or during conferences that we attend and sponsor. To support our marketing & sales team we are looking for an intern with relevant expertise and interests.

Your call-of-duty list:

  • Content marketing: Writing content for Crunchr. Think of blogs, whitepapers etc.
  • Support at events
  • Support for social media
  • Development of online marketing activities and campaigns
  • Keeping web content up-to-date & optimizing the website
  • Operational sales: Supporting sales and lead processing
  • Keep track of the marketing and sales manual
  • Support sales for lead generation
  • What you think is important within your job. We value your opinion!

You could be the one, if you:

  • Are currently pursuing a bachelor’s (HBO/ WO) degree in the field of marketing, communication, journalism, public relations or other related field(s)
  • Have strong writing skills, experience leveraging core social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, blogs, YouTube, etc.
  • Are organized, responsive and enthusiastic
  • Are available at least 3 days a week (working times can be flexible)
  • Are fluent in Dutch and English (feel free to be fluent in more languages)

A day in the life of Crunchr's Marketing & sales intern

Tuesday, 08:45. You are enjoying your first cup of coffee (or tea). You are analyzing the online marketing campaign for an upcoming event. How many sessions? How many new contacts? Which social media post had the highest level of engagement? You notice that the newest whitepaper, which you also appear to be content owner of, doubled in its downloads compared to last week! With these analyses, you enter your first meeting of the day with the Marketing & Sales team at 10:00 am. Not soon after your first meeting, you sit down with one of the developers to discuss some feedback improvements for the website. Now it’s time to focus on the lead generation – you have an introduction call scheduled with a website lead. At the end of the day, you notice that you received an e-mail from another lead, requesting a demo session. After sending out your response, you close your laptop with much satisfaction and head home. It was a productive day.
