(hereafter: Crunchr) may process personal data of (potential) clients, website visitors and all other people that are interested in Crunchr and its business-related activities. This privacy policy informs you how we process your personal data. Crunchr ensures to comply with the applicable privacy regulations.

Additionally, the privacy and security statements of the Crunchr platform can be found on our support portal which is accessible for (potential) clients.

We periodically update this Privacy Policy. We post any privacy policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will send an notification by e-mail to (potential) customers who have chosen to receive email communications from us.

Why we collect personal data?
Crunchr collects and processes personal data for legitimate business purposes which include:

  • Product updates and offers.
  • Information about best practices, use cases and other research by our team.
  • Information about new events and/or event invitations.

Please note that we only collect the personal information that is necessary for the purposes mentioned above.

What personal data we collect?
Crunchr collects and processes the following personal data:

  • Personal data (including but not limited to: name, e-mail, job title);
  • Organisational data (including but not limited to: name, business e-mail, office location).

Data storage
Crunchr processes the data as described above as long as you are a subscriber.

IP and cookies
Crunchr may store your IP address after it is communicated to our webserver via your device. In addition, Crunchr may use cookies to provide our services. Crunchr also uses other applications to analyse and identify our visitors to our webserver such as Google Analytics & Adwords, Twitter Analytics and LinkedIn Ads.

Sub processors
For our customer relationship management we use HubSpot. This CRM system helps us to identify and target our customers more efficient. Your information, such as your name and e-mail address, is transferred to HubSpot for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy. Crunchr also sends content with HubSpot and MailChimp. By being on our newsletter list (first subscribe and approve), you should acknowledge that your information, such as your name and e-mail address, is transferred to HubSpot or MailChimp for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policies.

Legal basis on what we do with your data
Crunchr processes your IP address only to allow your device to establish a connection to our webserver over the Internet. This processing is based on Art. 6 par. 1 lit. f) GDPR. This same article is applied when you contact us by email or by using a contact form. The purpose as well as our legitimate interest is to answer your inquiry.

Job applications at Crunchr are processed different. We process your application for the purpose of the recruitment process. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 par. 1 lit. b) GDPR and Art. 88 GDPR in connection with a national law, if the relevant country adopted national laws for the protection of employee data.

Information sharing
Crunchr will never sell your personal data to third parties. In addition, Crunchr will not share your personal data with third parties, unless this is under your approval. Hence, Crunchr will only share your personal data with other professional organisations if this is necessary for special occasions (f.e. register for events, MailChimp, HubSpot and such).

Right of access, rectification and erasure
You will always have the right to:

  • Access your personal data processed by Crunchr;
  • Update and/or add your personal data processed by Crunchr;
  • Remove your personal data processed by Crunchr.
