Do you want to help us build the best people analytics platform? Crunchr is looking for a driven QA engineer to help us continue to deliver high-quality software, enabling companies to run their analysis in a user-friendly and effective way.
Are you the one?
We are looking for someone who wants to take ownership of the quality assistance and delivery life cycle of our product. You will be assisting our development teams by designing, implementing, and executing test strategies together with developers, and assuring that quality & testing guidelines are clear and communicated. We expect that you have sufficient experience in software testing with a front-end focus, preferably in an environment using Agile Scrum methods. To be able to give a boost to our Quality Assistance pipeline, we encourage you to bring your own ideas to the table and expect you to be able to share these effectively. Ultimately, your responsibility is to empower developers to confidently test software and assert the required functionality by providing suitable training & tools in the right environments.
Are we the one?
Organisations have lots of information about the people working with them: what they do, what they’re good at, how much they get paid and quite often how they feel. Unfortunately, all this information is scattered across the organisation, and not directly available. Crunchr collects all this information, makes sure it is correct and then gives it back to the organisation in a very intuitive software application.
Our software teams use git for version control, and we have our own infrastructure that includes automated tests during code reviews (CI), deployment procedures (CD), and nightly test builds. These systems are built using a varied range of technologies and languages including Jenkins, Groovy, Python, git, Bitbucket, Selenium, BrowerStack, Docker. As we are expanding our product and our team, we need to ensure our processes and systems around QA are continuously improved, and requirements are verified continuously (BDD).
That's where you come in.
